The short version

Ringetone collects nothing. Your sounds and tones stay on your iPhone. There’s no account, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking.

Your songs, videos and recordings

The sounds you pick and the tones you make are stored only in the app on your iPhone. Trimming, fading and converting all happen on the device. Nothing is uploaded or shared. Deleting a tone, or the app, deletes them.

Photos

When you pick a video, iOS shows its own picker and gives Ringetone only the video you chose. Ringetone takes the sound out of it and never sees the rest of your photos.

Microphone

Ringetone uses the microphone only while you record in the app. The recording stays on your iPhone.

No analytics, no ads

Ringetone contains no analytics, advertising or tracking code and no third-party services, and it works offline. This website sets no cookies and loads nothing from other sites.
